• For Featured Sites (Paid) submissions, in the event of a site not being approved, a full refund will be made immediately after submission is denied.
• No refund will be issued if a site is submitted, and then the content changes thereafter and is considered to be a violation of our submission guidelines by MY GMAX Web Directory.

Bad Listings Policy

• MY GMAX Web Directory does everything possible to screen out illegal and offensive sites. Once a site is listed, if the content changes thereafter, we are not responsible for a user being able to access it through this directory. This is a violation and the site will be removed from the MY GMAX Web Directory once it is discovered.
